“Beautiful lux modern hip vibe!”
We stayed for 2 nights and this was the most beautifully designed hotel we stayed in on our 36 day Norway adventure. Right out of architectural digest photos. “The perfect place to stay!”
This is a really beautiful hotel. Excellent food, staff and location. Our room was clean, comfortable and well designed. Make reservations if you want to dine in for dinner. You can walk everywhere! This is a beautiful, lovingly updated by, I think, the manager and his wife. Built after the disastrous fire of 1904, in the art nouveau style (as were almost all of the newly built buildings at that time), it has a a great atmosphere. “Mixed experience : be aware of the noise at night”
Would like to give 3,5 : above "average" but not "very good". We arrived the day the princess left (too late but they do have privileges), so our room was only ready at 18h15 .
