“Great location”
Stayed here two nights. Did a fjord boat cruise, and hotel was a short walk from the pier. Hotel on the water, so nice views. Breakfast didn't open until 8 am on the weekend, and we had to leave before 8 both mornings, so we didn't get to partake in free breakfast. Otherwise, hotel was great!

“Comfortable room, good breakfast and central location”
I have stayed at Quality Hotel Aalesund several times when visiting Aalesund for business. The hotel is centrally and nicely located with walking distance to pretty much all sights as well as to restaurants and bars. “OK but far from great”
We stayed at the Quality Hotel Ålesund for 3 nights. Whilst Ålesund is not huge. The Quality Hotel was not in the centre. We stayed in a standard double which was comfortable but basic. The service was generally not great - most staff unfriendly and disinterested.
