A very comfortable stay in a beautiful part of the world, the Coromandle Peninsula, set in a quiet location near the beach. Maria is the consummate hostess providing beautiful breakfasts daily and is so obliging in every way to make your stay as memorable as possible. Everything is so clean with the bedding so comfortable and fresh towells daily. I would highly recommend Parkland Place, Whitianga and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much for Maria and her husband, who was happy to cook for us on the BBQ.. Beautiful surroundings, only 2 minutes from the 3/4 mile beached town

“Lovely, peaceful spot”
This is a lovely b&b. Maria is so welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is outstanding. She brings you a basket with fresh towels, water and chocolate every day. This is a lovely b&b. Maria is so welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is outstanding. She brings you a basket with fresh towels, water and chocolate every day. We had the honeymoon suite and it has a lovely private porch where you can sit outside and enjoy the river and wildlife. Short walk to the beach and under 2 miles to town center. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay this is the spot.

Great stay at the end of our trip to the north island. Maria and Guy were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They both offered lots of suggestions of hidden gems to visit as well as the main attractions. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning by Maria and there was lots of choice. There is a kitchen area for guests to use which was great. Just a short drive or approx 30min walk on the beach from Whitianga, this B&B was very peaceful and relaxing.
