Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.

“Wonderful hotel”
This hotel and friendly staff are a wonderful way to start a holiday. Great rooms and breakfast are not to be missed. Bar area very comfortable. Use the yellow bus to get there and back. Robots are a cool way of ordering your milk in the morning.

This is a reasonable airport hotel. I stayed one night in September while on transit. I stayed in the suite. This was spacious, but had low ceilings, was quite sparsely furnished and while clean enough there were some dusty surfaces. Also, the landline phone didn't work which was supposed to be used for my wake up alarm in the morning before check out. I don't like to leave my smartphone on overnight and use it as an alarm due to concerns over battery safety when unattended (such as when one is asleep), hence I continue to book wake up calls when travelling and staying in hotels. However, because the phone in my suite suite wasn't working (I booked the wake up call in person at reception rather than ring through for it and thus never knew the landline phone wasn't working), the call from reception for the alarm in the morning never arrived, even though they tried to call me 4 or 5 times. They even sent someone to knock on the door, but because the bedroom was quite far from the door I never heard them (the suite was the size of a one bedroom apartment). Fortunately I naturally woke up early the next day and didn't need the alarm. Both the dusty surfaces and the fact that the phone seemed to have run out of battery power (something was wrong with it) and no one noticed, indicated that the suite did not get a lot of guests staying in it. The only reason I chose it was because it has a bath tub, but that was small and pokey and not worth it. I'd choose another category of room if staying next time. The restaurant was okay and was especially good for breakfast. For dinner, the options were fairly basic, although at reasonable and affordable prices. I found the requirement to order food over a mobile app and the robot waiter to be frustrating. I know many elderly people who are not familiar with this technology and would struggle with ordering food in this way. Also I like to engage with people rather than robots and apps all the time, there are enough of these elsewhere in our lives, surely they don't have to inform our restaurant and dining experiences. The main problem I had when staying at this hotel was the lack of reliable and punctual transport to the airport terminals. It is serviced by the yellow airport bus which does a circular route covering many hotels in the precinct. I got to the hotel to check in without any problems or unreasonable delays. However, the next morning it was a different story. The bus did not arrive on time, in fact it didn't seem to arrive at all. Guests were waiting, with some degree of increasing concern as they had international check ins to meet. The staff at reception were disinterested or ambivalent to say the least. There should be some effort made to be able to get in touch with the yellow bus in real time to see where it is. Waiting guests started ordering Uber's left, right and centre and these arrived within minutes. A fellow guest kindly invited me to share her Uber with her which I happily accepted. Interestingly enough, there was no sign of the yellow bus on the motorway and roads that lead to the airport terminals. This hotel and others in the precinct, which aren't in walking distance to the airport, need to work together to ensure reliability of the yellow bus. If they can't do this they need to be able to offer their own shuttle service in the event that the yellow bus doesn't turn up on time. This is an airport hotel and it's important that guests are able to get to and from the airport in a timely manner. For this reason I won't be staying here again and will stick to the Novotel or Pullman which are both within walking distance of the airport terminals. I would also consider any airport hotel which has their own complementary shuttle service.
