“Great location, big rooms, friendly staff”
Stayed here for three nights. Check in was easy (i had already checked in throuh the Accor app). All the staff I dealt with were so friendly and helpful, they really made my stay one to remember! Stayed here for three nights. Check in was easy (i had already checked in throuh the Accor app). All the staff I dealt with were so friendly and helpful, they really made my stay one to remember! I had a room on the 1st floor. Big room with all that you need. Was a bit surprised by the tini UHT milk on offer but it was replenished every day. House keeping staff were really lovely too. Easy parking - Saturday night was a bit full so had to park further away but still easy enough. Room service was okay. I got the burger - easy to order and it came quick but unfortunetly it was cold, as were the chips. Luggage storage was great. $20 for parking each day was a bit steep. Easy check out. Would stay again

“Professional and comfortable stay in Auckland”
This hotel is professional, clean and comfortable. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. The amenities are suitable with good breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The meals are very tasty. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Auckland.

Decided to stay here and pricing was pretty competive. Initial email to hotel took almost a week to respond to and I thought a little abrubt. The hotel itself is located on its own and shared with Ibis. Reception and bar staff were helpful. Its a little tired but not dirty. Rooms were standard but found the bed very comfortable. Wine was very expensive for whats on offer such as Devils Staircase being over twice the standard price at $69 a bottle. Restuarant was ok but limited on choice and food only average unfortunatly.

Hotel could definitely use a refresh as it is old and dated. As a platinum I was not acknowledged for my loyalty and was not given any welcome amenity which is the usual for ACOR properties.
