“Quite a memorable stay at an excellent hotel”
Hotel is conveniently located and has great ambience. The 24/7 Front Desk team members were very welcoming and courteous, and were always readily available to provide help whenever needed. The Chancellor on Hobson is in a terrific location however it has a number of issues which bring the desirability down considerably. The room was ok but furnishing was very old and tired. Could definitely do with an upgrade. The bathroom also needed a bit of attention - not dirty as such but lots of mould on the grout between tiles around the bath/shower.
