“So helpful and friendly!”
The service was the absolute BEST at this hotel. Van picked us up at the airport in Auckland and zipped us right away to the hotel. “Amazing service”
Awesome service both at check in, the bar, the restaurant and the return transfers from the terminals. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff are amazing and so knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely stay again when transiting through Auckland.

“Great place to stay”
Excellent service - I requested a room close to our meeting room as I cannot walk too far. This was provided. I stay at Heartland approximately once every three month and this time a staff member who has been there as long as I have been coming greeted me having recognised me. I was very impressed!!

“Excellent place to stay near Auckland Airport”
Great property, extremely friendly staff. Large well appropriated rooms. Excellent shuttle service to and fro from the airport. Only thing they need to work on is the water pressure in the shower, the low pressure makes bathing experience a bit disappointing.
