“Great spot in Auckland”
The hotel is well located near the harbor. The bus and train station are within walking distance The room has lovely amenities and we had a great view. The staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were available and were clean and inexpensive.

“Great service, awesome rooms and location”
We arrived 12 hours late and very tired due to cancelled flights. Staff at check in were amazing, took our bags straight to our room while we went straight for breakfast (included) and then up to our room for showers. Location is great, rooms were awesome. “Best Accommodation in Auckland”
We had booked 3 rooms the lovely man at the reception offered us rooms All on the same floor which was so handy. “Enjoyable stay with great staff and yummy breakfast”
We’ve stayed here 3 times now when we have visited Auckland. Each time, the stay has been great. Well located and has all required amenities including a gym and sauna. A really nice hotel but due to the issues we had it was a 4 out of 5. We got given a so called ‘mock up’ room. Once we found issues we were told that Bonnie normally stays in it.
