“Excellent service and facilities”
Booked here due to it being so close to Spark Arena and around $100 cheaper than some other nearby hotels. Was not disappointed in our choice. “Excellent location albeit a bit shabby”
Rooms are pretty dated and could do with a lick of paint and a good scrub but the location was great (super close to the central city, Albert Park, museum etc.), bed was comfy and room service was quick and friendly. The little balcony with a view out onto Anzac Avenue and a big tree was lovely.

This hotel is in a good spot. It's reasonably central. But it's a tired old corporate hotel. Built and designed with weary business men and flight crews in mind.
