“Wonderful Place to Stay.”
Excellent Reception Staff. Lovely comfortable Bed, pillows and arm chair. Very,neat & tidy. Biggest Plus for Us was the quietness. No Road Traffic noise, Taupo is renowned for noisy truck traffic but noise was not an issue. We will Return.

“Fantastic location but tired rooms.”
We have stayed here many times and absolutely love the location but the rooms are now very tired and worn. Our upstairs room had a hole in the armchair, all the wooden furniture was chipped and the bathroom grouting was grubby and chipped. All the cushions on the settee and armchair were gone and … more

“Great location and wonderful views”
Great location. Definitely ask for a room on second floor and the suite. You get amazing views. We had wonderful views. Would also suggest having dinner here. Food was very nice. Its so wonderful just walking out of the hotel going for dip in the lake and taking a walk along the lake.
