“Simply the best ”
We were booked into this beautiful boutique hotel whilst visiting Rotorua by our Travel experts Audley Travel. It is a beautiful located hotel on Lake Rotorua with black swans enjoying the lake. “Nice hotel on the lake”
Nice hotel with views across the lake, and a jetty from which you can watch the sunset. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Note the entrance and car park is tight but manageable. It is a drive into the town though, probably too far to walk

“Hidden Gem on Lake Rotorua”
Brilliant stay. Fully updated hotel, very clean and comfortable. Right on the lake with lovely gardens and hot tub overlooking both. Very helpful staff/great service. “Nice Enough”
We (@wolfestreettravel on Instagram and at wolfestreettravel.com) spent 1 night at the the Black Swan as part of a month-long trip to the South Pacific and New Zealand. Pleasant inn, with a very nice property along the lake, but our room was a little quirky.

“Lovely, but parking is an issue.”
Accommodations are a five, but they do not have sufficient parking for all guests, which could become a huge problem and was quite a hassle for us. So, overall, a three. Also, be aware that there is a huge fly problem (not biting, but annoying swarms), especially at night.
