“Great place to stay”
Beautiful views from our balcony and the restaurant. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Slept like a baby and got to watch the TSS Earnslaw make its voyage across Lake Wakatipu. Super cool. Great Breakfast every morning. Central location to all the fun in Queenstown.

“You beaut hotel & location!”
Lovely hotel and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Queenstown. Opted for the room with lake view and it is beautiful! You walk in to reception with the slate tiles, timber, rock and fire place - it’s to die for! Friendly staff and ideal location near the city centre!

The hotel is nicely located close to the lake and close to town. Own parking facility. The hotel is well decorated. Rooms are perfect and at 5 star level. “Very comfortable stay”
We had a lake view room, very nice. Great location and very friendly helpful staff. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant one evening, can definitely recommend it. Only gave it a 4 because if you use the app to order your milk you'll never get it.
