“Happy to stay again.”
We would stay here again. Staff were fantastic. We were in Hamilton for a pressure at the Hospital. They made our stay relaxing and we felt welcome at a time of stress. While the place would benefit with an upgrade, it was clean and comfortable. The meal we had was great. Well done.

“Great Family room”
Family room perfect for our family of 5 - so great to find a room that actually fits 3 kids in their own beds (and in their own room!) “Noisy rooms”
The battery was flat in the remote for the heating. We had to get themreplaced at reception. The heating was noisy and we couldn’t sleep with the heat pump on low due to loud noises.
