“Excellent Stay”
Rooms very comfortable. Lovely large bathroom. Overall a great place to stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Water taxi from hotel to Queenstown and return a great asset.. Amazing scenery around. Not too far to Frankton shopping center.

“Serene and beautiful”
Cozy room, got everything you need! Fireplace, room next to the lake, mountain view and lovely staff especially Sophia was really kind and helpful! When we go to Queenstown, we always book here, it's worth every penny. Also the brekkie doesn't disappoint :)
