“An unplanned but great stay”
Our Qantas flight was delayed overnight. While the website said there were no vacancies, duty manager Carl found us a very suitable room to help with our problem. The hotel was great in every way. We appreciated the assistance we weee provided.

“Great place to stay.”
Lovely hotel. It’s a bit of a maze being on a hill but you work it out. Parking is $16 a day which is a shame. We were in the lakeside residences with a lovely view. Airport 5 mins away, town centre maybe a 15 minute car ride. Arrowtown about 20. Pool area is very attractive. Hot tub is jus… more

“We could not have had a better experience.”
The service was excellent. Lara on the front desk was simply amazing and attention to detail was so surprising. She made us feel so welcome and relaxed.
