“Lovely hotel Victoria in the centre of Dunedin”
Lovely hotel almost in the heart of Dunedin. The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Staff at reception went above and beyond when my husband fell in the room. Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean in all areas. Large room with perfect amenities. Very comfortable bed and no noise heard during our stay. “In need of an update”
This hotel is a bit tired and could use an update. Our room and the one opposite both opened outwards so we had to take it in turns to come out! Weird. The shower was also a bit strange and you couldn't shower without soaking the whole bathroom floor. Everything else was OK, bed comfy and plenty o… more

“Good Central Location”
The room we stayed in has recently been upgraded it appeared. The parking was easy and about $15 per night. The hotel is easy walk to many tourist attractions, shopping centre. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. Prices are middle range and matches the quality of the rooms.
