“Always a pleasure”
Had another fantastic stay, Katie on reception was lovely and friendly, Emma and Bea were exceptional in the bar, Emma’s cocktails were superb. Our room was clean and large with great views. I always stay here when in Dunedin. I almost forgot to mention the food is great.

“Anniversary night”
My husband and I stayed a night at the Southern Cross Dunedin to celebrate our 46 th anniversary. The staff were amazing, we even got up to the suite to find a bottle of wine and chocolates, all that after they upgraded us for free!!! The rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. “Best staff team.”
Our go to stay when in Dunedin. Friendly helpful staff and warm comfortable beds and rooms. I only hope they change the in room milk, 4 tiny containers for 2 people (need 3 per mug) and its supposed to be full milk, but smelt and tasted of powdered milk, so grateful for the jug of milk given to us… more

“Weekend Getaway”
Very clean spacious room and i liked that even though we were on the 6th floor we had windows that opened. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it for every palette. I also liked that there were nibbles available for to satisfy the midnight munchies

“To stay while visiting the Grand Casino celebrations”
We got upgraded at a discounted price and appreciated the offer. Our tower suite came with stairs which, with one guest aged 90, wasn't so happy with. The other guest used it for good exercise.
