“Wonderful place for us”
This was a great find. We had no reservation for any Dunedin lodging. When we arrived, downtown had many "no vacancies", and most that we saw was so cramped, we thought we would scrape the car getting in. “Would recommend ”
Lovely owners & quite large for the $130 we paid Separate kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet. Single bed in lounge with TV & Sky service. Quite outdated in appliances and decor, noisy in the mornings with all the traffic going through but still great value for money!!! Would recommend easily

“Good host, Great accomadation”
Very welcoming place to be, Been here a few times and always made to feel welcome The rooms have everything you need, Kitchen well stocked, Sky t.v, 5 mins walk down the road to a great restaurant and pub, supermarkets and shopping also very close by

As has been previously stated this motel has very spacious apartments, we had a 2 bedroom one and it was very roomy.
