Great friendly staff . Nice n clean. Highly recommend. I will be staying again. Very helpful staff. Made things an absolute breeze. Room was simple but clean. Comfortable bed. TV was good. Couldn't have asked for more if I'm honest. Well done

“Positive”
From the moment we opened the door it reflected warmth and inviting relaxation. The decor was fabulous throughout the complex and the reception area had the feel of a village. The hospitality staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Very deserving of a positive review.

“Fabulous Service, Excellent Food”
Reception, could not be more helpful. I mucked up my booking , they fixed it no problem. Food was fabulous. We ended up in one of the original units (my fault) and it is showing its age. Shower lacks adequate space to move. We will return again and again.

“Lovely Cotswold.”
Two night stay in an Executive One Bedroom Suite. Lovely accommodation. Lounge area with couch and dinning table. Bedroom with large comfortable bed. Bathroom with good shower - good water pressure and toiletries. Ordered room service for evening meal - it came quickly and definitely hit the spot. … more

A lovely stay in a very clean unit, well serviced in a very central location. Breakfast included was a bonus in the cost of our stay. My only gripe would be the silly hand basin. It was so small you couldn't fill the jug or a drink bottle under the tap .... but there are other ways to do so, which… more
