We stayed for 10 nights in Apr 2024. Fantastic staff and service, especially Gunther at the front desk who was one of the most professional and helpful person we met. The 2 br apartment had brilliant views of the beach and was a good size for our family. On the down side, breakfast was not the best but had a decent spread. We also didn't appreciate the blatant imbalance between the female and male gyms. The male gym is quarter the size of the female gym and had old and dated equipment falling apart whereas the female gym according to my wife was brand new. Even she felt it seemed the hotel was trying to overcompensate and pander exclusively to the females. Location wise it's fantastic with a galleria downstairs and just across the road to Anse Vata beach. Also walking distance to the Aquarium and Baie de Citron.

I was guest of the hotel in March of 2024. I wanted to start by saying this is a strange Hilton branded Hotel, it’s not really what I have come to expect with the brand. The biggest plus of this hotel are the staff; there is nothing they won’t do to assist; a lot of my issues were also not anyone’s particular fault, unfortunately the building is aging and things are bound to go wrong. For the first day we had no hot water, so eventually were moved (again thanks to some great staff) The hotel lacks that real resort feel, but as apartments I’m sure it probably is not mean to feel like that. The pool area is a small tiled section off the side of the building, I didn’t see many people using it. There is free parking underneath the hotel, the grounds which seem to be part of the hotel at the front have a range of restaurants and cafes, this is handy to walk to, the hotel itself has beautiful views and the newly developed beach promenade area is amazing, it provides for a beautiful walk at night. The room was a little dated and not that clean (don’t look under the beds or behind the curtains (lots of dust) and the servicing of the room was also random with no real fixed time. As far as noumea accommodation goes this hotel will Provide you with a good base to explore, the rooms are big enough for families and have washing machines and full kitchens (if you want to cook your own meals), if your looking for a full resort experience though perhaps look further down the road. “A week to recharge batteries”

This was a special holiday for us but the experience at the Hilton was just ok . Lovely view, lovely location and nice staff , but tired bathroom , little hot water , and a very average buffet breakfast that was lukewarm and flys hovered around food
