On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Wonderful”
Stayed in one of the apartments with my other half whilst the hotel itself was being renovated. Lovely place, very new looking bathroom and modern bedroom with a balcony overlooking the beautiful parliament building. There was a slight misunderstanding for which the staff more than made up for and… more

Hotel bit run down but still has a lot of old style charm Location good close to train station and the medina Staff friendly and helpful Common areas quite interesting Breakfast basic but good located upstairs in next building Balcony with good view of city

“Not great, smoky, but good location”
This was our first stop in morocco and it wasn't great, the communal areas are very smoky and the hotel itself is looking rather tired. The room wasn't bad but not great either. As long as you're only after location and a clean room then you'll be ok.
