On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

However, through the week more people arrived as did more staff, who were great and very attentive. Breakfast was very nice, other food served was basic but okay. Position was good, with a walk to medina, carrefor and nice shopping mall. However nothing to do in hotel as pool cold and no nice gardens to sit in. It served its purpose but was glad to move on.

We stayed here while I attended a conference. The rates were excellent so I shouldn't complain too much. I did enjoy the fine buffet breakfasts and dinners, and also the tasty items in the hotel's other restaurant. The lobby is lovely, as is the pool area and the patio of the main restaurant. The guest room was of good size, with a flat-screen TV, nice bathroom and shampoo, etc. I took advantage of the free shuttle service to the city's sook area. The service was good and staff courteous and helpful (tho don't expect them to speak English). My two biggest complaints are (1) the uncomfortable bed - too hard, and (2) the terrible internet service -- I had to go to the lobby or central hub to get good service. I could add that there is only one working elevator, which is small, but, really, the whole week I never had to wait long for it.

“Tourist Hotel with limited charm”
I spent ONEE night and was happy that it was the only one. Hotel is not very charming, old floor carpets, smelling bathroom, no bar, far away from down-town, close to the entry lane of the Marrakesh-Airport.
