Riad Zolah is a perfect choice to stay inside the hearth of the Médina Marrakesh , the Moussine neighborhood is close distance to Jna el Fna , Le Jardin Secret, Maison de la Fotographie , Ben Youssef Madrasa, Koutonia Mosque and other major to places to visit. The Riad itself is beautiful , very comfortable, has a pool, a roof top where you can see the amazing sunsets. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff is super friendly, they will help you in whatever you want : Hamman, restaurant bookings, taxi transfers, or buying the best argan oil, etc. I am very pleased with our stay at this specific Riad.

Tucked away down a maze of little alleys in the medina, this charming Riad has just 6 bedrooms and is apparently owned by a British man called Jeremy. A pretty courtyard setting, our room was on the first floor and overlooked the courtyard in true Riad style. There is also a roof top with seating and good views. Our bedroom was big and long with a lounge area. The bed was big and the mattress was firm – bit too firm for me but my husband liked it. The room was full of character but of course, with no windows and natural light this presented a challenge in the make up department. My little trusty make up mirror was positioned in all number of places to try and get some light. Breakfast was a nice mix of bread, yoghurt, pancakes and fruit. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. Full marks to them. Overall this is a nice Riad, very centrally located, just 5 minutes from the main square and you are well looked after. Definitely recommend.

“It could improve.... much more... I think they seem to get lost in time.....”

First, we arrive and we must talk about the staff.... The guy that did the night on the 9th has no practice dealing with costumers. We felt weird, a little afraid...... the first room they gave us was in bad shape, not that much clean. They gave us another one. The one on the foto attached. It was brilliant.... amazing. We loved the room..... but I saw some amenities in this room but we have to ask for shampoo..... and it came in a bottle that seems nasty and do not match with this riad.... The CEO or Owner of this Riad should come and stay as a mystery client to see by your own eyes. The breakfast is the worst we have ever had in our ma y times in Marrakesh. Everything is to sweet.... to sugary..... And always the same. We have to ask for eggs..... Regarding the staff, they should look and clean while they have nothing to do.... the sta6was also very bad..... as I told we felt even "afraid" and awkward when the guy that attend us in the first time talk to us.... And in the last night he called to say we have to check-out at 11AM. I have to tell him that my booking says till 12..... should not happen.... about the WI-FI (doesn't work at all)

Riad Zolah is a pretty guest house well located in the car free old town and with a pleasant well-furnished roof terrace and an attractive public area. The rooms are quite dark which helps to keep them cool in summer no doubt but with modern light bulbs the winter months feel cold. Breakfasts were quite good but nothing exceptional. The one dinner we ate upon our late arrival was reheated and mediocre. But they are not set up for preparing meals. The few staff were mostly invisible. The lady receptionist was friendly and very helpful when approached. One of the porters made his displeasure obvious when I didn't have change available upon our arrival.
