Tucked away amongst small streets and little houses this Riad is a must. The moment you step in through the front door you instantly feel relaxed and the pace of the town/souks/excursions just drop away. Beautiful traditional interior and the staff can’t do enough for you. Very helpful and informative. Will happily book your reservations, excursions, taxis and give any advice on local knowledge. Breakfast is included (traditional pastries, bread, jam, honey, yoghurt, coffee and fresh orange) and was more than enough for us. Thank you guys. If we decide to visit again we will book this place. 👍

My friend and I visited Marrakech on 8th September 2023, we stayed at the riad viva and only arrived in our riad 40 minutes before the earthquake struck, we had no idea what was happening and obviously we were very frightened and shuck up.. our riad guard redouane was absolutely amazing, he got everyone staying at the riad out onto the streets and I want everyone to know what a truly amazing young man he is… he’s 27 years old and looked after all 16 of us all night long and didn’t leave our side, we had to sleep on the streets the first night where it was safer and away from buildings.. he bought us bedding, pillows, water, fruit juice and snacks and assured us we would be ok and that he wouldn’t leave us… this man deserves a medal as without him and his commitment to his job we wouldn’t of had a clue what to do or where to go! There were any different nationalities amongst us and he communicated constantly with us all… he’s a true hero and he’s worth his weight in gold to whoever owns the riad… we all built a bond together over the two weeks we were in Marrakesh and we would like to go back one day to see hun and thank him for all he did for all of us… THANK YOU REDOUANE 🥰 about the riad… it’s a very beautiful building, the rooms are kept clean and tidy, the terrace upstairs is extremely relaxing and the pool refreshing and clean, the staff here work extremely hard and it’s kept spotless at all times… the food is delicious and it’s a very beautiful place to stay if your looking for a typical Moroccan riad then this is the one for you, we will definitely be returning there, we would highly recommend this riad and all the staff there… ❤️

The riad is lovingly and very tastefully designed. It is surrounded by the royal palace, Mamouniahotel and a historical monument and therefore accessible only from the southwest. There are only riads and locals here, it is wonderfully quiet at night, even during Ramadan. We had one of the suites, so we could cross-ventilate at night, which was very pleasant. There was also soft music from the Mamounia from there some evenings. The candelight dinner was delicious, the breakfast good. The roof terrace is very nice, with a view of the park. There is a small, clean pool for a little cool down or for kids. Radwan and the women crew were very friendly and extremely helpful in any situation. It is an unobtrusive but family atmosphere. The riad is very centrally located, almost everything is within walking distance. Since the walk in the narrow alley with the luggage is a bit laborious, the hotel or the cab driver had organized a man with cart to bring our heavy suitcases to the hotel. On departure this was not possible because of the early time, Radwan took over a suitcase. Thank you for a great week! You should invest in a stronger WiFi router, which is not expensive, but brings a lot of comfort.
