A beautiful Riad with friendly staff, a warm welcome and a perfect location for exploring the centre of Marrakech. The staff really do make a difference here - attentive and happy to help. They sorted excursions out of the city and arranged hammams and massages for us. The rooms were kept spotless and the breakfasts every morning were delicious. The location itself is ideal - a mere 10mins walk into the heart of the Souks, with the closest tourist 'spot' of Bacha coffee along the way. There are a range of restaurants and shops on the street outside of the Riad too. From the rooftop terrace you can view the Atlas mountains and the Koutoubia mosque is visible too. Our week-long stay here was excellent, and though we loved exploring Marrakech, it was reassuring to know we had this wonderful Riad to return to every evening.

“Top Riad”
This staff here, Khalid, Abdul, and Habib, should be the benchmark for all in the customer service industry. Helpful Knowledgeable and genuine. I would certainly stay there again, just for the customer service experience. The Riad is very close to all of the action.

Would highly recommend Riad Nasreen. Situated in the Medina it is close to the souks, markets and monuments. The room was basic but very clean, the bed was really comfortable and a tremendous power shower. The best part are the staff. They could not be more helpful and they really make you feel at home. We had a late flight so they looked after our luggage for us and gave us towels so that we could continue to enjoy the roof terrace. Would also recommend that you take advantage of the Hammam which we booked with only 2 hours notice. We had the scrub and massage and it was fantastic. All in all a fantastic trip.

It’s a great location, we walked to the souks and all the markets. Bless the staff for escorting us to and from the Main Street. They are so helpful, help you to organise taxis, reservations and anything you need. Khalid who worked in the evenings was so lovely and made our stay extra special. The massage was really nice, the rooftop is cool it has a small dipping pool. And the breakfast everyday was huge, very sweet but very nice. We want to thank in particular Big Khalid, who kindly escorted us most evenings and our luggage upon arrival and departure. I also left my phone in the taxi to the airport and he very kindly came on a bike as soon as possible to retrieve it for me. I can’t thank him enough!! Such kind people. Thank you Khalid!!

The staff made our visit amazing. Khaled and Abdul Atif were kind and thoughtful, and noticed when I was cold, and brought a heater. They always had time to help us understand more about Moroccan culture, and were both knowledgeable and proud of it. Their enthusiasm was contagious. The inner courtyard of the riad, and other public places were very beautiful. We had a fantastic and generous breakfast there every day. The room, with twin beds as I'd requested, was a bit small, and tired, and there was no heating. It didn't have a hairdryer, although one was available on request. The toiletries were not replaced when we'd used them, and tea was charged for. No water was left in the room. It all had a bit of a cost conscious feel, compared to the other riad we stayed in, which obviously wasn't the fault of the staff, but of the owner. It lacked that real feeling of hospitality that the team tried so hard to give. I had a hammam, and a massage, and whilst the woman was lovely, and good, both the hammam and the massage room were cold, which spoilt the experience a bit. It has the potential to be fabulous: it's in a great location, is very beautiful, and the staff are warm and friendly. A bit more attention to detail, maybe providing slippers for the hammam, and tea afterwards, and redecorating the room to add a little more comfort would make this a fabulous place to stay.
