We have traveled extensively and stayed in plenty of good hotels but this place takes some beating. The Staff service was excellent. Without being intrusive, every need was met from laundry in an evening to coffee or tea in your room or anywhere in the Road at anytime. We ate at the hotel on 2 of our 4 evenings and it was impeccable. Tasty, sensibly priced and served with incredible style. Our suite was top notch and the treatments in the Spa were excellent. The Hammam is a must. The rooftop areas of the Road were the most stunning with views of the city and the Snow topped Atlas Mountains in the distance. Go there. You won’t regret it.

I cannot recommend Riad Kheirredine enough. The service was out of this world and the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. The personal phone for use and the willingness of staff to walk you to and from the medina made navigating the chaos of Marrakech so much easier. The food is outstanding as are the cocktails! Roof top breakfast with views of the city and Atlas Mountains were a highlight of the trip. If I am ever back in Marrakech I would stay again in an instant. We also took advantage of the Hammam and spa which is recommend to all.

“Five star service all round. Cannot fault this team. Will definitely be back!”
No ask was too big for this team. We travelled with our six year old and the team was so accommodating. From the personal phone they provide so that you can be helped anywhere in the city to the care they showed our son. Our suite was large and beautifully finished. Five star service all round!

To my fellow American and European travelers - it would be a mistake not to stay here at Riad Kheirredine as it was the highlight of our trip. The location and hotel was beautiful but the star of the show was the service. Normally I don’t take the time to write reviews but I am compelled and allow me to provide some examples: 1) Staff all treats you like family and by the end of the trip they became our good friends each remembering every detail. 2) requests and concierge is second to none and the phone they give you is 24/7 at your side. From 12am coffee and tea to walking us back to the riad. The staff here care for you like only family would. 3) determined to make your trip special. During your stay you will be surprised at the attention to detail and ways in which the staff makes your day. Special thank you to Elena and Muhammad.
