“Helpful staff, excellent location, beautiful riad”
The staff made this stay super special. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were great about airport transportation and helping us find a tour. The breakfast was delicious and they even packed us a lunch for the airport. The Hammam was also excellent— highly recommend you do it when staying here… more

It was also super walkable— you’re right by the souks, the night market, the Bahia Palace, the Ben Youssef, and excellent dining options. The rooms are beautifully done and kept very clean.

Riad Kaiss had the best and most cordial service of all the Riads we stayed at in Marrakech. Mohammed greeted us and was the most gracious host, answering all our questions. He sat down with us with a map of the city and showed us all the points of interests. After that, we felt so comfortable navigating Marrakech! Our room had an expansive patio and was very comfortable. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we checked in until we checked out!
