We stayed for 5 days at Riad Infinity sea and spa. If you are travelling to Marrakesh you MUST STAY HERE. Marco contacted us prior to arrival to arrange transfer from the airport. Whilst this was more expensive than arranging a taxi from the airport, it was far more convenient because the taxi took us straight do the Riad. When we arrived, Marco gave us a map and discussed some of the most popular tourist attractions. He also provided us with a local cell phone so we could call him if we were lost or needed a taxi arranging. The Riad itself is STUNNING. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning was appreciated. The bathroom was well-equipped and the shower was powerful. We had breakfast every morning. This could be taken ‘any time’ and provided an excellent selection to start the day. We listened to previous reviews and arranged to eat at the Riad on our final day. The food was beyond expectations! Three courses which were cooked to perfection. Massive thanks to Marco and the whole team. Marco was the shining star at this Riad which felt like home from home.

“Home away from home in Marrakech”

This is a lovely Riad in a good location in a bit more quiet part of the Medinah. The rooms are comfortable and the food is really good. It is not the Four Seasons but it is clean, warm and you feel like you are a guest in your friends home. The upper deck where breakfast is served is lovely. The best part of the experience of staying here is Marco, the owner/host. He is wonderful and truly wants you to have the best experience possible in Marrakech. Take him up on getting a ride to the Riad from the airport. We also asked for lunch on our arrival day since we flew over night and it was a delicious traditional Tagine. He will guide you on tours, restaurants and anything you need help with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Riad run by Marco and Noureddine - excellent guys that truly care about your wellbeing and ensuring you have the best Marrakech experience. They even provide a phone when you arrive so you can reach them at anytime. Riad is very nice, breakfast was perfect with lattes and cappuccinos. Highly recommend. TIP - take them up on their offer to have a shuttle from the airport since it can be tricky to find the Riad your first time. After that, you’ll be just fine once Marco gives you directions and a phone.

stayed here for 4 nights for our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Think of this as a large home with a few bedrooms than an actual hotel. The staff are available 24/7 if you want them, but blend seamlessly in to the background when you don’t. The owner, Marco, greets you when you arrive, no matter what the time, he makes a point of showing you how things work in Marrakesh, gives you lots of tips, supplies you with a phone to contact him at any point, and highlights areas on a map which might be of interest. The hotel location is in the north section of the old town. You can walk anywhere from the location, 15 mins to souks, 20 mins to the main square etc. Marco organised a car transfer from the airport to the hotel, which we thoroughly recommend because it can be chaos to get a taxi, they will try to overcharge you, and the hotel can be difficult to find. The transfer charge was reasonably priced. Marco organised a meal at the hotel for our first night which meant we didn’t need to find somewhere late at night. The food was good quality and reasonably priced. The hotel had a small pool located on the ground floor, it was very cold but useful to bathe your feet in after a long day. There was a small bar located on the ground floor also. There was a roof terrace with sun loungers and tables. Our room was excellent, we had a super king bed with quality bedding. A large bathroom with walk in shower which was powerful and hot. The A/C worked seamlessly. The breakfasts were ok, a selection of cakes, breads, fruit, yoghurt, jams, drinks etc. The only slight improvement we could find, if we were being really picky, would be to have a fresh bottle of water in the room everyday, rather than just the first day, or having to purchase one thereafter. This traditional Riad (Uk b&b style) lives up to its high trip advisor ratings. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
