“Ideal Marrakech hideaway”
A great, little cosy Riad tucked away on a quiet street moments away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. 15 minutes walk from all the tourist attractions (except the YSL garden- 40 MAD taxi) with some of the top rated restaurants close by. The perfect little hideaway!

The reason why I have chosen riad Fatinat was gorgeous room interior. In fact, the suit fatinat we stayed was an beautiful escape with every details. After a day walking through a dusty city, I enjoyed relaxed evening in the room every day. This room has 30 square meters so you can stay relaxingly. Sometimes I hear Koran for a short time, and I enjoyed exotic sound. Access is very good and suitable for sightseeing with children too. Butler 's Hassan was very kind and made a reservation for one day before the excursion introduced by broucher with sevral activities. He could also exchange money(euros). Room was cleaned and replaced the towels every day. Once the hot water in the shower ceased, however it came out again after one minute. Hassan has explained to me, that's due to water pressure. このリャドに泊まるなら、フアティナスイートをお薦めします。アラビアンナイトの世界に迷い込んだような細部まで凝った豪華なインテリアが素晴らしいです。

The Fatinat Riad was absolutely amazing in traditional Moroccan style, creating a feeling of Arabian Nights. Very lovely and helpful staff and owner. Anything you need, they will make it happen. I stayed for one night and the room standard is equal and better then four star hotels I have stayed at in Morocco. Located in the Medina, close to the souk and about 10-15min walking distance to Jemaa el Fna, but also close to the new town of Gueliz and Jardin Majorelle with lots of bars and nightclubs. Typical Moroccan breakfast is included and was delicious.

The location is very convenient and the host Hasan is a really added value to the location he is very helpful and kind. The place is really nice and we did not have any problem with the hot water as others have mentioned in their reviews. Sure in Morocco you can not expect a lot of pressure of the water anyway. Breakfast was not up to the standards of the facility which is really nice even if the room we got was a bit small but acceptable. A note regards the other guests. If you are not lucky and the have no regard of others being in the facility then you can get awakes again and again .

We got a three night stay at an absolute bargain price on Groupon and were pleasantly surprised. It's very central so easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions- just make sure you have a good map and or/sense of direction as all the back streets can be quite disorientating! Note that our taxi driver from the airport hasn't heard of it so make sure you have their phone number handy en route as our cab driver rang them to get directions. It looks like nothing from the outside - but it's a real, authentic gem once you get through the door. The decor is very traditional and when you're listening to the call to prayer whilst breakfasting on the terrace you really do feel like you're in the heart of Morrocco. The only downside was that we had a room on the ground floor which felt really quite damp- although there was a heater to take the edge off the cold. Plus the shower ran out of hot water very quickly. However, on the whole - and if you're looking for a traditional, central stay - then we'd highly recommend Riad Fatinat.
