Lovely tucked away Riad with wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for you! The lunch we had on our first day cooked by Rabia was actually the best we had the entire trip! We regretted not booking in another meal here! I arranged this trip for my boyfriend's 40th birthday and the team organised a complimentary cake and not just any cake, a really lovely one from a known patisserie! The staff were really kind and caring and really added to the stay. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is variation in the breakfast as after 4 days we were quite bloated from bread and cake. The portions are amazing but would be great to have some lighter options like yogurts and fruit or cereal or some extra options for how eggs could be cooked. Thank you for the great stay! Highly recommend !

Small riad, only 5 rooms, room and riad exactly as described. lovely decor, very clean and everything in working order. breakfast was excellent, fresh orange juice, eggs to order, pancakes, bread, fruit and nespresso machine in the room, what else you can ask for? Khalid was so kind, always smiling and willing to help anytime, he is the best asset to this place. you can’t beat the location, overall it feels like home. when we had an issue with the payment Edoardo, the owner was very helpful. Can’t thank enough everyone at the riad for making our stay perfect, can’t wait to go bank.

I was planning to visit during Christmas, and contacted the Riad by WhatsApp. I received an immediate response. The Italian owner rang me, and was happy to provide all information I needed. The photographs indicate a fusion decor and ambience of traditional Moroccan and contemporary Italian. Would definitely recommend, and would choose this Riad if I was visiting.

I don't usually review but I feel compelled such was the 1st class hospitality of the Riad D'Ari team. I don't usually review but I feel compelled such was the 1st class hospitality of the Riad D'Ari team. There's no doubt about it, being from Scotand Marrakech is an explosion to the senses, especially for our 2 children. We were greated by Khalid on a busy side street at dusk where the mix of sights, sounds and smells could be over-whelming for us all. Khalid even came to meet our taxi driver (from Taghazout) to negotiate the last mile to the Riad. I cannot stress enough how welcome and safe we felt at the Riad. Khalid helped us to our rooms, made us tea and, since they had finishing serving food, he recommended, booked and even escorted us to a local Riad - great food and unforgettable interior (Riad Palace Sebban). In the evening we found out that Tui had cancelledour flights the next day. We had to re-route to Italy and then had to get covid tests and lots of extra paperwork to fill out. In the morning, Khalid prepared a huge banquet of food our breakfast (mint/ tea/coffee/freshly squeezed orange juice/bread/ moroccan bread/pancakes/ fried eggs.. whilst Eduardo (another unsung Moroccan gem) helped us with the paperwork and even escorted me and our kids to get covid tests. This was clearly going well above and beyond and showed incredibly compassion and care from a genuinely lovely bloke. From the moment you arrive you can sense that Edourdo, Khalid and team want you to have the best but safe experience in their mesmerising city. Thank you so much for your help, advice and for that huge breakfast! Best, Duncan

We had two rooms for two nights at this quaint riad right outside the historic medina. Great location. We had the best dinner of our trip here! The host, Khalid was so kind and welcoming and even showed me how to make some of the delicious dishes. He also took me to a local spice shop to purchase spices and black soap. I liked this a lot better than buying them in the souks where we did not know the quality of items. They were kind enough to do a load laundry for us for about $10 USD. I wish we could have stayed longer.
