Since the first moment you enter the riad, the manager Adil and his staff make you feel like at home. They are very welcoming and they accomodate every needs. We had a suite and the room was big as well as the toilet and also very clean. Position is strategic: all the main attractions are at walking distance: the riad is in the medina but far from the crowd. Without any doubts I would reccomend it.

“Great experience ”
My wife and I stayed there on a half board basis. The people who ran the riad couldn't do enough for you and the traditional Morrocan food served was delicious. The riad itself was a perfect place to unwind after a hectic day in Marrakech. Would recommend Riad Cannelle to anyone.

Stayed over Christmas had a great time. Basically 4 staff and there is always someone there. Food is outstanding and far better than the local restaurants. Beers and wine also available. Room with huge bath had lots of room and plenty hot water. Marrakech requires so much walking this was an essential luxury. Very pleasant roof terrace but this could do with a bit of TLC the sun parasol was broken but could do with a couple more as there’s little shade up there. I guess that’s why it’s not used as much as it should be. It is so relaxing on the roof too. Would recommend you get airport transfer via the Riad as they know where to go and which bell to ring. Nice clean car and no rip off. They will book tours for you and recommend local eateries. You have 24 mobile number in case you get lost( very easy to do!) don’t worry about roaming charges as they’re on WhatsApp so free from any restaurant with WiFi. Pretty much everything thought of. Brilliant!

At first as some other reviews states, it could be a bit difficult to find the entrance and your car can not get to the door. Once you enter it’s like heaven quiet place. At first as some other reviews states, it could be a bit difficult to find the entrance and your car can not get to the door. Once you enter it’s like heaven quiet place. The service can not be any better, specially Badir, this man would find his way to make you feel at home. Always prompt to serve you tea and find anything you may need plus recommendations on what and where to eat. This Riad is right steps away from the heart of the Medina. I highly recommend this Riad and I hope you can enjoy your time as we did.

We were looking for an authentic riad in the heart of the Medina, we found it! The courtyard is beautiful, we’ve wondered how long you would have to stay here before you stopped looking up!?! The blue sky contrasting with the pale arches and pillars, the babbling fountain framed by orange trees providing tranquility from the madness of the souks.
