When arriving we were slightly worried as the hotel is in the centre of the busy medina. But as soon as we stepped inside we were over the moon. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits and the most wonderful staff. Check in was brilliant and we were given info and a map so we knew the key places to go. We stayed in a junior suite which was over 3 floors, the top being a rooftop terrace which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was prepared for us every day (pastries, breads, jams, pancakes, juice, tea, coffee) and Khadija couldn’t do enough for us, she is a real gem and we’d have taken her with us if we could ❤️ Simo was also fabulous and helped us with things like charger adapters and printing boarding passes, nothing was too much. The hotel is quiet and tucked away so you don’t hear the noise of the medina but the perfect location to get around Marrakesh. Don’t be put off by the business of the medina, there are loads of quieter squares etc that are walkable. A beautiful Riad ⭐️

Everyone at the reception was super helpful and super friendly, all the time. The Riad has also its private hammam: I booked for a skin treatment plus the 30 minute massage: the girl was really nice always asking is everything was good (she is really good, I had to go to bed after the appointment). The breakfast is included and delicious, plus at any time you can have a tea well served by the staff. I definitely recommend this place, I travelled alone and I never felt in any danger even late at night. I hope to have the chance to came back very soon!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the ladies who worked there during the day and afternoon. The night host (cant remember his name :( but he was the quietest, service-oriented ‘let me help you’ or ‘yes, sure’ type guy. The other staff ‘this super super sweet ladies’ (think about staying with your favorite aunt) but without her hovering over you during your stay. We had a great room on the 3rd floor and

It’s in the middle of Médina so don’t expect to find it on your own 😅 We couldn’t find it with Google maps.

Beautiful Riad, just minutes from medina. Located a bit too deep in an alley but you get use to it pretty fast. Junior Suite room is pretty but it is not practical, it has 3 floors. First floor was entrance with sofa, it has a tiny open air garden, good concept accept it the floor get wet when it rain. Not good. Second floor is the bedroom and bathroom. To get here you need to climb a small and narrow stairs. Its a beautifully design stair but again it is not practical as it is too small and narrow. And it hanging in the air with pretty much no rail to hang on/security, the rail is more for decor and aesthetics reason. If you have movement difficulty this is not for you. If you are clumsy this is not for you. If you like to move fast this is not for you, lol. But seriously you need to watch where you going here. The bedroom it self is soo small that you can not open any of your luggage even the small one because there is no space, so you have to put your luggage in the first floor, just put it close to the sofa so it wont get wet when raining. The bathroom is tiny, if you consider yourself as large or wearing Large size clothing, dont book this room. You will get frustated. The bathroom is that tiny! And there is no hot water, just warm tepid water when im staying there. Third floor is the patio with 2 lounge chairs. You cant see anything here. The wall is too high. You see the wall, sky and maybe birds. So i never go there. So if you thinking of booking here avoid junior suite but i suggest continue your search, imo it is not a good value for your money. Many hotel or riad in this price range offer better location and better quality of room.
