“Amazing hotel with amazing staff”

Amazing hotel with absolutely amazing and warm staff. I was greeted by three Amazing staff upon arrival. Their names are Rachid, Hicham and Oumaima (with the long hair) haha. Amazing facilities and right at the heart of Marrakesh. You won’t regret staying here

“Average hotel”

Nice decent hotel outside of the medina but not too far. Arrived at the hotel around 2am and the lobby was dark with very little lighting. Nice decent hotel outside of the medina but not too far. Arrived at the hotel around 2am and the lobby was dark with very little lighting. Staff was able to assist me with my room right away and gave directions and informations for complimentary breakfast. The room is clean and space is just enough, bathroom looks old, couldn't get hot water in the shower. Breakfast includes the moroccan pancake, bread, fruits, scrambled egg, boiled egg coffee and juices, not much meat. Checkout is at 12nn and the staff is already calling my room 15mins before asking if I would like to extend my stay and that it is already checkout time. Overall, I think this is still a decent hotel to stay outside of the medina.

“Just average, used for school trips”

We actually changed our accommodation to stay here due to the pool but in the end wish we hadn’t. Looks really nice in the pictures and to be fair the housekeeping team do a super job. We had a lot of issues with noise in our room as we were in the room just off the pool so it’s a busy corridor and seating right outside the room which kids were using all night and early morning (3.30am early). Very loud and sound just travelled leading to very poor sleep during our stay, called the reception many times about this but just hung up the call. Bar staff friendly and attentive. Bed was solid but good size rooms, we had one with a garden view and little patio. Pool was freezing and never got the sun at all during the time we visited, sun for around 3 hours or so on the patio next to the pool. Clean but fun down and popular with large groups (schools). 45 mins walk to the medina but flat and easy walking. Good breakfast each morning, never changed but it was a good selection. So overall average, wouldn’t stay again.

“Mishmash”

I've nights solo occupancy of a double room at £190 was reasonable value with breakfast. The hotel seems to be two separate buildings connected by lots if stairs, and is hard to navigate to different parts. Lots of stairs and just a few signs in French. I've nights solo occupancy of a double room at £190 was reasonable value with breakfast. The hotel seems to be two separate buildings connected by lots if stairs, and is hard to navigate to different parts. Lots of stairs and just a few signs in French. My room had a shower inside a small bathroom. Small desk and chair and a very small TV on the wall. Breakfast was very limited and the only meat was sone type of processed meat, the rest was lots of breads and sweet preserves and some salad. The fresh orange juice was nice and tasty, the other juice was full of sugar. When coning in via the main entrance the security guard made some remarks about me carrying a bottle of water, but the receptionist didn't speak any English so I just ignored them in the end. No kettle or fridge, and only cheap soap and no shampoo etc. As it was a good price I rated it 3 star but without that price my rating would have been lower.
