“a very good hotel .good food. clean and helpful staff”
it is just outside marakesh market place but ideal for bus and train trips to the rest of morocco . stayed there several times and always enjoyed it itbis justbb a short walk into the medina and has an excellent sauna and spa

“The hardest beds!”

Lifts are slow, when you find them. Beware of different levels of tiled floors in some areas. The beds were the hardest I have ever encountered in a hotel.

“Unloved”
We have just returned from a 5 day break, just the husband and I (we left the 4 kids at home). The hotels location is ok, it’s at the side of a busy road but our room was pool side so did t really hear the traffic, it’s walking distance to town. We have just returned from a 5 day break, just the husband and I (we left the 4 kids at home). The hotels location is ok, it’s at the side of a busy road but our room was pool side so did t really hear the traffic, it’s walking distance to town. The hotel is unloved and un cared for, broken tiles, broken chairs and sun loungers, and just generally tatty. We had no issues with the staff who were all pleasant the whole time we were there, obviously we have traveled in November and it was so quiet, hardly any people there at all. It could be beautiful and I’m sure it was in its day but right now it needs some work. The breakfast was questionable but we didn’t starve (we were B&B Only) and I wouldn’t have chosen to have eaten their for any other meals. The pool is to small for the size of the hotel and I can only imagine what it would be like in summer with people fighting over such limited swimming space surrounded by concrete but not enough tables/chairs or sun loungers. We had a lovely holiday none the less but I wouldn’t return to this hotel which is a shame as it’s in a great location.
