My friend and I booked this hotel for a week from 30th Sept-7th Oct 2024. Our room was lovely, very bright and spacious with air con, mini fridge and a small balcony. The reviews said the mattresses were very hard and they were but it certainly didn't stop us having a good night's sleep. Our Love Holiday Rep was amazing and very patient. We booked every excursion with him as we got collected at the hotel door and dropped back off there. A bit more expensive than booking on our own but we didn't mind. We booked the Desert sunset trip that included a camel ride and entertainment. It was amazing! 4 course meal and 4 different entertainers. We also booked a balloon ride, a city tour with guide to see the Jewish Quarter of the Souks and Bahia Palace and also a night-time horse & carriage ride then a free night in Jemaa El-Fnaa Square at night and Ourika Village trip with lunch and a hike to the waterfalls. All were brilliant. We ventured into the Square and Souks ourselves and did get harassed a lot to go into places but we just declined. We also did Jardin Majorelle, Berber Museum and YSL Museum ourselves and it was fine. Tickets for these need to be booked online though. The food was lovely and we had no complaints. The local wine and beer were absolutely fine. The staff were friendly enough, bar staff very nice and the restaurant staff were also lovely. There is a shop on site that's open at certain times of the day and they sell a wide range of souvenirs as well as clothing, shoes, bags and snacks. There was evening entertainment every night but we were so busy we only had 2 nights on the terrace but enjoyed both. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely go back.

I really wish I hadn’t read previous reviews!! What a fabulous holiday we had at the Marrakech Ryad Parc & Spa. We were welcomed the minute we arrived and they rushed through check in so we could get some lunch before it closed. Our luggage was taken to our family suite for us. The family suits has two rooms, which are both really spacious. The bathroom is lovely a big too. All clean with nice duvets, pillow and plenty of aircon/heating. The towels are changed every day and beds are made etc, so we couldn’t ask for more. The food - lots of tagines and Moroccan traditional food. Give it a try! You didn’t come here for fish & chips! They do have pizza, pasta, salads etc so you won’t starve! The drinks are great. Cocktails are lovely - but watch out, they are strong ha ha. The staff are super friendly throughout - if you’re nice to them! We felt like we were staying with family. The entertainment team are just a joy. Zumba, cookery lessons, aqua, darts etc throughout the day. The music, is great too. For Christmas, they went above and beyond. Look out for Santa arriving at the hotel and pool on a camel. I was a bit worried about coming here after reading negative reviews but there was nothing to be worried about as it was a great hotel. I was a bit worried about coming here after reading negative reviews but there was nothing to be worried about as it was a great hotel. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool and garden areas were really nice. The room was nice as was the food and drinks. There was a good selection of both food and drinks. Staff were all lovely and very helpful from reception staff to bar staff to the entertainment team. Shuttle from the hotel to the city centre is very handy. You can book that via reception. We also had a massage at the spa and used the facilities, Indoor pool, sauna and steam room, all were great. On new years the entertainment programme was great; singers, dancers, a band and a show. Great atmosphere, both staff and guests enjoying themselves. Was a great new years eve. I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a great experience and would return.
