“Awesome”

Everything was lovely. The food was 5 atara! The animation team were wonderful! Will be back!! Children were so happy there! The bar staff were wonderfull! I recommend this hotel wether to spend sometime with the family ot even to enjoy a “me time”.

Hotel was lovely and staff were lovely too. When we first got there we got told to go eat dinner as check in wasn’t available for 30mins. Hotel was lovely and staff were lovely too. When we first got there we got told to go eat dinner as check in wasn’t available for 30mins. Food was only warm most the time but they did have a bit of a variety like of food but it was basically the same everyday we were there. Room was nice and bed was comfortable some of the decor was flimsy but other than that we had no complaints about the room. The pool was lovely bar staff were so friendly and there was always sun beds were always available for people. Cafe at lunch opened which had some pastries but it was nice. Overall we had a good time at the hotel they had transport to the city if you needed it for that give you taxis to get around which is what we did we stuck with the same driver the whole holiday as we just got their number and called when we needed them. Reception staff were nice always helped if we needed something. Had an overall good experience there.

“Great place apart from security and woefully indifferent reception staff”

Hotel is great for the price we paid. Don’t listen to other reviews about poor food quality - we found it excellent. Hotel is great for the price we paid. Don’t listen to other reviews about poor food quality - we found it excellent. I rather expect those reviews were from folk who just wanted burger and chips, rather than the wide range of delicious dishes on offer. The only criticism of our stay is unfortunately a serious one… there was an incident in our block of rooms where a man was in the process of beating his female partner - loud enough for us to hear… so obviously we immediately tried all the numbers for security and reception… no answer. We had to run to the pool to alert the attendants and then ran up to reception who claimed to have sent police already. When we pointed out that we didn’t speak to anyone as no one answered our call, they eventually called someone, but only after telling us to stop making such a fuss and to calm down. When we got back to our block, the poor pool guys were chasing a very agitated man through the complex who was threatening to kill people. All other staff were lovely but the group on reception were rude, hostile, indifferent to the emergency and need to provide help, and should be ashamed of themselves. I’d be interested to have a response from the hotel to this feedback as I can only imagine how awful it would be if someone needed help for a young child and couldn’t get through to reception.

After some mix reviews on this hotel.We decided to go for it and see it ourselves. Wanted a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle but with some entertainment to enjoy. Booked 3nights for myself and a friend in a twin room all inclusive was perfect for us. Hotel is good 30minutes drive to the old town of medina.It is on a huge plot on its own.There is regular shuttle service to the old town,activities and local tours can be arranged by the hotel or on your own privately. Rooms available are in a riad style may be purposely built not too sure.One given to us was ideal for 4 occupants large spacious with balcony good size bathrooms cleaned everything in it as described all working as it should including the fridge,TV with football on as we went when Euro24 started.We found the all inclusive was excellent all through the day from morning breakfast to evening drinks never any shortage and a good variety including desserts.I was really impressed considering it was holiday abroad. Im normally very fussy with food when on holiday! We mainly used 2 pools in the main area with plenty of sunbeds and towels to hire on a daily basis with drinks and poolside entertainment.They also had evening entertainment nr the bar,I was more interested in watching football in the TV lounge.There was a special treat for us when England was playing one of the nights.One of the hotel staff opened up the theatre hall for us and put the football on the theatre screen that was awesome.All staff from doorman, reception to restaurant staff,cleaners are very polite and always willing to help never had any issues even once when we rang for a room service and for a porter on our arrival/departure never hesitated
