This is a hidden gem that I found through Accor. Top notch service from beginning to end (and after). We felt very safe here and there were more staff than guests, it felt. Ariz, our breakfast server was so thoughtful. When he discovered my daughter is allergic to gluten, there was a special plate of breads for her the next morning. The front desk personnel, kamal, Abdillah and Mohammed were available for all of our needs. I would recommend this riad every time.

What can I say about our second stay. Before we even left for our trip they were reaching out to ask what fragrance we wanted in our room and what type of pillows we required. On arrival, we were met with smiles, a delicious mint tea and some yummy treats to eat. They gave us each a bracelet and asked us what fragrance oil we wanted in the burner in our room. They were also happy to help us plan or advise us on activities for our stay. We were to be staying in the main riad -Riad Si Said this time. The rooms were spoiling as was the Riad. Everything from the cushions and interiors to the beautiful smelling toiletries. The staff are so welcoming, making you feel like you are part of the family and always willing to help you in whatever way they can. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visited Marrakech. The breakfasts were delicious each morning, with some local meat free choices. We ate at the hotel restaurant on two occasions and the food was as wonderful as we had remembered. The local red wine also very welcome. The location of this riad is simply perfect 👌 walking distance to all the main areas and Medina but not right in the busy areas. My wife and I are glad we stayed here instead of the usual modern hotel. It's our first time in a Riad and our stay was wonderful. Breakfast is a real experience, even though you order what you would like the evening before, the waiter is constantly offering more different foods that we hadn't thought of, so yes we tried the lot, Semolina pancakes, crepes, marmalade, cactus honey, cake of the day and others I can't remember. They also have an evening restaurant which we tried and the food again is exceptional. You must try the 9 veg starter, (See photo) I thought it might be a bit boring but turns out to be one of the best dishes I've ever eaten and wife agrees. Our room was very large with a king size bed and large bathroom with twin wash basins, situated on the 2nd floor roof garden. The room was serviced by 2 housekeepers and was kept spotless, thankyou ladies. The friendly reception staff are ever present and arranged a couple of day trips, advice of where to go, how to get there etc. Overall the Riad staff are on another level of service compared to what I'm used to in Asia and Europe, thankyou all! Needless to say I'll be recommending Riad Angsana to my friends.

We booked as part of a Jet2 package and stayed at Riad Blanc which is just opposite the main riad where the reception and breakfast area is. Please stay here! We had the best time and want to go back. We booked as part of a Jet2 package and stayed at Riad Blanc which is just opposite the main riad where the reception and breakfast area is. Easy walking distance to the central square and felt very safe and a quiet oasis away from the chaos of the city. Moroccan hospitality at its finest. Everyone so friendly and polite. Clean and beautiful fragrances everywhere. We were served tea and pastries on arrival. Breakfast is an experience in a beautiful setting and catered very well for my wife who is coeliac and needs to eat gluten free. Lovely server who remembered what we liked. The room was well appointed and the architecture and style everywhere is wonderful. Can't recommend highly enough for a traditional, comfortable and character-filled Moroccan experience.
