Great place to stay and well located. The staff made the stay extra special as they ALL were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was good and evening meals were very nice and well presented.the room was kept clean . The roof terrace gave good views to .

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights in Bab Ferdaus and had a fabulous holiday. I had been in touch prior to the holiday to request twin beds as could not book this through our package operator, and Ahmed on reception was extremely helpful and responsive in organising it for us. Our arrival was late evening, 11pm after a 2 hour queue at passport control (a constant problem at Marrakesh airport) and it was lovely to be greeted with mint tea, pastries and a calm welcome. The room was spacious and very clean, and the smart phone we were given was really helpful; we mostly used it to navigate the souks. The breakfasts were typical Moroccan fare, served with a smile by Amina who could tell us what they were. We also ate dinner one evening at the Riad Si Said, exceptional food (especially the chicken pastilla!) and Amina who was working that evening greeted us like family. We also booked a hammam and massage which was fabulous. The two ladies who looked after us were extremely competent, had a lovely massage technique and were totally profession while being really friendly. The other bonus of staying here is that it is possible to use facilities at the other Riads; we spent a few hours on the sun terrace at Riad Si Said. It is also very close to many sights, souks, and taxis to go further afield. Having mentioned 2 staff by name it is fair to say that all the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional.

Marrakech Riads Angsana Heritage Collection - Myself and Husband stayed for 7 nights and our whole experience was exceptional. I emailed the reception team numerous times before we left the UK and a prompt helpful response was always received.....thank you! All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, welcoming, polite and couldn't do enough for us. On arrival we were giving a courtesy smartphone at no charge which was loaded with maps and information to help you get around - what a fantastic idea! We stayed at the Riad Bab Firdaus which housed the spa/hammam which we had the pleasure of experiencing on our last afternoon. We both chose a massage and Moroccan hammam which we booked through Reception before we arrived. Both ladies worked wonders on our worn out bodies and were extremely professional. Riad Bab Firdaus is a beautiful Riad located a few minutes walk from Riad Si Said which is where the Reception and Restaurant are based. We ate here on 3 occasions for our evening meal, the food was delicious, beautifully presented and we thoroughly enjoyed dining in the stunning surroundings. We would like to say a big thank you to Mohamed K and Amina for their exceptional service, friendliness and for making us feel so welcome, both are an asset to the Angsana Heritage Collection! Breakfast was typical Moroccan food which was tasty/plentiful and served each morning by the lovely Amina who always made us smile and had time for a chat. Amina one morning even wrapped us up breakfast cake when asked, as we were rushing out for an early morning trip, thank you again! The location was perfect for us and we were fortunate to experience the many attractions that Marrakech has to offer. On a final note, although we have mentioned 2 members of staff by name, every member of the team we had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with should also be applauded for all that they bring to the company! Marrakesh, long weekend at one of the Riads by Angsana. Beautifully decorated and prepared room, wonderful hospitality from all staff. Giving us a mobile phone was a great touch and enabled us to wander the city in the knowledge we could always find our way back. great spa, handily placed in the Riad where we were staying. Day trip to the Atlas Mountains a fabulous trip out. Only downside passport control at airport, quickly forgotten about on entering the calming space of the riad.
