Great location & hotel but Stayed here for a week, I loved the location & the hotel is nice too, however it needs an improvement in terms of service, when I checked in the room had no towels, I asked twice but still didn't get them til the next day when asked the chamber maid. also went to the pool bar & asked for a bottle of water when I felt very thirsty at the time & the barman asked me for cash upfront which I didn't have & he refused to add it to the room bill, I have also noticed that some of the staff give special service to Europeans & not very accommodating to Moroccans! When I booked a table at the Moroccan restaurant, I was ignored when I arrived & the waiters were serving other people who came after me, so in the end I had to go to ask for service.

“Amazing bar staff !!”

The hotel is very clean. Lots of food choice but not very much british food lots of tagine, lots of meat and fish. Rooms clean and spacious be aware only a few balcony rooms. The pool is fab as is the aqua park. The bar staff actually made the holiday, friendly had a banter and were super attentive… more

The hotel is very clean. Lots of food choice but not very much british food lots of tagine, lots of meat and fish. Rooms clean and spacious be aware only a few balcony rooms. The pool is fab as is the aqua park. The bar staff actually made the holiday, friendly had a banter and were super attentive, took the time to chat and make the holiday fun !... particularly Abdelilah , Mustapha and Ali who were outstanding hosts. This is a predominantly a French tourist hotel but the bar staff made sure we were looked after. We were looked after at meals by Hamza, young lad who took the time to know what we like. All in all it was a fantastic experience especially for the price we paid. Recommend morocco, just make sure you research before you go, and your savvy especially in the souks !!

Positive: Room is extremely well clean throughout the stay Check out both colleagues men (same one at check-out) and women, unfortunately didn't got their names, but very friendly. Staff a Buffet dinner very friendly Negative: Gentlemen, reception staff, apparently as a local Marrokan, reached very close to be arrogant, not on his words but the atitude. Really unconfortable. Staff at breakfast composing bread baskets with their own hands! Room internet really terrible

“Enjoyable stay but no AC”

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff and hotel porters who took our luggage, we were given forms to fill in, and allowed to check-in around 1 hour before the actual check-in time which was very kind and appreciated. The room was nice and had plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. The bathroom was fully stocked with soaps, shower gels and toilet paper. Housekeeping staff would come in everyday and refresh the room and change the towels and were very kind. My main problem with the room was the lack of Air Conditioning. We complained to reception and they sent somebody up to fix it but it still didn't work...personally I got very hot during the night and struggled to sleep. There was a variety of food available but it would feel like the same food every night and going to the hotel restaurant just felt like a chore knowing it'd be the same. Cups weren't cleaned properly and birds and cats were always inside the restaurant. Flies would swarm around some of the food (especially the fish). Getting a bottle of water in a 4 star all inclusive resort seemed too difficult and I eventually just went to the local supermarket to buy some. The pools were clean and we were always able to find a set of loungers. Hotel security staff have a deal with local taxi drivers to let them rip tourists off-- do not use the taxis outside the hotel and instead download inDrive (local Uber app). Overall It was an enjoyable experience but the air conditioning and scarcity of water knocked the score down for me as they are very important to me (especially in 37 degree heat!!)
