The hotel is beautiful as soon as you walk in you get an amazing feel of the vibe. The gardens are beautiful and also maintained well. The rooms are very clean and newly decorated Spa facilities are also lovely and the ambience is great. Food is on point too and the waiters are very helpful. Special shout out to the Latif who made our evenings enjoyable with his entertaining he provided.

The service that you receive from everyone at Kenzi club is exceptional from the doormen, excursions team and the staff in the restaurant, everyone is so kind and will help you in any way that they can. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are lovely as well with a modern design and excellent air conditioning. They have a free shuttle bus that goes to the market square as well. I would recommend Kenzi club to anyone. Thank you for a brilliant stay

Pros: - Lovely staff. Didn't feel like we were treated any differently to the French. - Beautiful grounds. We stayed in Riad La Roseraire which has it's own private pool and was a Haven for chilled days reading and sunbathing. - Tasty meals. Enjoyed all our food including our meal in the Moroccan A La Carte. - Perfect cocktails. Probably the best cocktails I've had on an all inclusive resort. - Our room was large and beautifully decorated. It also led outside to the private pool for the Riad. Cons: - Our room smelt of drains when we arrived (why was this not picked up by cleaning staff?) it was understood to be the air con which to be fair they tried to rectify but I think they just put some air freshener in it as you could still smell it. - Tables at the pool bar not cleared meaning birds and flies were attracted so we often found it difficult to find a clean space to sit out of the sun there.

We booked this hotel after reading so many positive reviews here on trip advisor. Firstly this hotel is not 5* but the grounds are beautiful! We arrived at 10:30pm, check in was quick but found the receptionist rude, she told us no information about the hotel said it would be in our room? There was no info in our room so We had to find out everything ourselves. down to restaurant times, where things were, kids club, local info etc. We had a golf buggy take us to our room by a lovely member of staff. The lantern lit paths were stunning and it blew us away. We booked a room for 2 adults, 2 children. When we got to our room only 3 beds were there? We waited ages for bed linen for the 4th bed ( past midnight) but they brought no pillows and never returned with any either. The rooms are nice though and housekeeping were lovely. We went for breakfast on our first day and the restaurant was just pure chaos. We arrived the middle of June - 2 days before Eid so the hotel was incredibly busy. To the point finding a table in the atlas restaurant was impossible. Tables were stacked with dirty plates, glasses and cutlery. We cleared our own table and then had to ask for glasses and cutlery! This was every meal time for about 3 days!! Not being able to find a clean glass in a hotel and having to clear your own table is just crazy. Found majority of other guests (who weren’t English) incredibly rude which is what ruined our stay the most. I dreaded meal times, we actually went out for dinner in Marrakesh (which we loved) a few times for this reason. There was constant long Queues for the food like a school canteen and people just pushed in constantly. Staff witnessed this and didn’t say a word they actually happily served them so it felt like favouritism to us. Someone barged into our little girl so hard she dropped and smashed her plate and was so upset, this lady didn’t even acknowledge what she had done and walked off, I was gobsmacked! A few days after Eid the hotel became quieter and we started to enjoy our holiday more. The pools are ok, there was a big sign saying no reserving sunbeds, Which again staff done nothing about. everyday there was towels on most sunbeds which were left all day with nobody on! Pool bar, again people push in and are served. Entertainment was mostly in French but animation team were good! Would not recommend coming in any school holidays when it will be busy. I personally don’t think there’s enough restaurants here to cater for the whole hotel. if they had another, then there would be no long Queues at meal times. The airport - which I know is nothing to do with the hotel is also chaos. We waited 2 hours in a huge Queue at security When we landed in Marrakesh, no air con, With 2 young children. Same on the way home and the airport was boiling!!!! They also only accept euros at Marrakesh airport which I wish we knew! Overall- we loved Marrakesh and would definitely return, but unfortunately not to this hotel.
