“Great Hotel”
I have seen many reviews for this hotel and none are accurate in my mind. Stopped here for 4 nights. Everyone at the hotel was extremely polite and helpful. I have seen many reviews for this hotel and none are accurate in my mind. Stopped here for 4 nights. Everyone at the hotel was extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious and although at the front of the hotel, ( it’s a city!.), noise was not a problem for us. In fact I loved the hub of life outside, it was captivating. The room was cleaned every day and bedding changed and always clean towels. The whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast an unexpected delight for the start of the day. Freshly cooked omelettes ( with fillings of yr choice… if you take it to the counter) plus other deli style breakfast fare including bakerie. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and I definitely would stay again.

You see a lot of negative reviews about this hotel but all I can say is that it was fine. I stayed 5 nights but didn't eat there, so no comment on food, I didn't swim in the pool, which looked as though a clean wouldn't go amiss. You see a lot of negative reviews about this hotel but all I can say is that it was fine. I stayed 5 nights but didn't eat there, so no comment on food, I didn't swim in the pool, which looked as though a clean wouldn't go amiss. But my room was great - felt pretty much like a four star hotel in terms of bedroom except the bathroom was maybe 70% of what you'd expect in top brand hotel - but that was fine. Do, however, get room at the back as the front is noisy at night (cars, motorbikes etc) - back is very peaceful. I'd say ask that for all hotels in Marrakech! Staff were really friendly and helpful - oh and the room doors DO lock (don't know what some posters are going on about!). It's great value if you just want a clean, modern, spacious room to sleep and relax and it's way better value than the one my friend stayed in round the corner at 5 x the price!
