Fantastic hotel with all the luxury you expect from a high-rate hotel. Near the centre and the old town and public square. The room was large. Fantastic hotel with all the luxury you expect from a high-rate hotel. Near the centre and the old town and public square. The room was large. The bathroom was imperial and the bath was deep for a pleasing soak. However, the climate control switch was stuck at 22 centigrade and I think it was deliberate on the assumption it was winter in Marrakesh although the daily temperature was above 30 centigrade

Lovely hotel. Modern with a bit of tradition. Staff are incredibly friendly. A great place for families or couples. Good location in between the medina (a 5 minute walk) and the new town. The street behind has good restaurants (like kabana and maison reine). The breakfast is great as is the pool. We stayed in two junior suites and they are really nice rooms.

“The best hotel in Marrakech”
Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing place, amazing facilities, amazingly kids friendly, ... amazing holidays!!! We were welcomed by the staff that is so smiley and nice, always helpful, the food is great, the breakfast is delicious, .. we will come back for sure each time!!!

“Great hotel with kids club!”
Kids club was great - especially with Nezha - who truly cared for and found joy in doing activities with and watching over the children. Really nice, comfortable rooms and beautiful property. Great location. Meal services were often inaccurate and slow, but overall a great hotel.
