“Family stay Aug-Sept 24”
We went at the end of Aug to beginning of Sept. 2 adults and 4 kids between 16 to 10. The hotel is nice and has a lovely authentic Moroccan feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative points for us were (because of kids) the selection of food choices at breakfast and dinner. But say… more
We went at the end of Aug to beginning of Sept. 2 adults and 4 kids between 16 to 10. The hotel is nice and has a lovely authentic Moroccan feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative points for us were (because of kids) the selection of food choices at breakfast and dinner. But saying that the kids still managed to find something that they would eat. The other is the pool depth, it's all one height so if, like my kids, you can't swim this can be a problem and spoil your stay. However, we managed to enjoy the pool with armbands, and pool noodles etc.

What a great hotel! All the staff super friendly especially Amal front of house. Super woman. The room was ideal,over looking the residential complex. Clean, fresh and a pretty good location if you like exploring by running or walking. As a female solo traveller I will definitely be returning to… more

“Value for money”
A pleasant, friendly hotel within a short taxi ride of the main centre. The hotel's best feature is the rooftop pool and terrace, currently undergoing a facelift but the pool is still in use. A pleasant, friendly hotel within a short taxi ride of the main centre. The hotel's best feature is the rooftop pool and terrace, currently undergoing a facelift but the pool is still in use. Fantastic views over the city and mountains beyond. Lovely traditional tiled dining hall. Breakfast choice is not wide but more than adequate for the money. Coffee/tea/ juice included. The staff were very helpful and sorted a room move promptly for us. The decoration in the rooms is a little tired hence not 5 stars, but you can log into your Netflix account on the smart TV and the WIFI is free and has excellent reception. Lovely bakery, a supermarket, pharmacy and several good eateries within a 5 minute walk, great for us on B&B board. 20 mins drive from the airport.

“You get what you pay for..”
We stayed here for 4 nights in an unexpected heatwave in mid March with a late deal. The hotel is a little tired and needs updating and modernising. Thread bare carpets etc. The pool waterline especially was filthy. Not appealing! Staff could be more friendly. Speaking some French helps. Our … more
We stayed here for 4 nights in an unexpected heatwave in mid March with a late deal. The hotel is a little tired and needs updating and modernising. Thread bare carpets etc. The pool waterline especially was filthy. Not appealing! Staff could be more friendly. Speaking some French helps. Our room was pleasant with a huge comfy bed. Bring ear plugs it's very noisy outside. Maids ignore ‘do not disturb’ all the time. Towels were small. Safe didn't work. No English speaking tv/ radio channels so it's useless. Food wasn't great. You need a taxi really to get anywhere in the heat. It was chilly at night. Sadly wouldn't recommend.
