On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

This hotel is located in a very nice part of Marrakech. The entrance is lovely and the lobby inviting, with beautiful ceilings. We stayed here twice, at the start and end of our Exodus tour. Our first room looked out on the main street and was very noisy. Our second room overlooked the restaurant in the back and was much quieter. The rooms themselves were clean and we had no issues. Breakfast was fine, with much choice. The attendant seemed to like my wife, as on our second morning, he brought a plate of fresh pastries over to our table. (We were the only ones in the breakfast room at the time.) We ate at the hotel several times, and we stayed outside except for once. Mistake: the inside room was terrible with cigarette smoke. Food was OK. Service was sometimes slow, but we usually were not in a rush. We were pleased that they served beer and wine. All in all, a decent pair of stays.

I sent a email to the hotel prior to our visit requesting information about their currency exchange facilities. I still haven’t received a reply. The hotel and rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment. The bar area was ok and drinks were reasonably priced for Marrakesh. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The pool area is small so it only needs a few people there and it’s crowded. The road at the front of the hotel is very noisy at night with traffic and noise from the restaurant opposite so I’d strongly recommend asking for a room at the rear of the hotel.
