“Amazing stay!”
Stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks, felt at home, did not want to leave. The service, the staff, the food, the cleaning, the Spa, the gym all were great! Stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks, felt at home, did not want to leave. The service, the staff, the food, the cleaning, the Spa, the gym all were great! (PT sessions with fitness coach Abdelali is a must! Very proffessional and knowledgable). The breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from, great service from Jaafar and other staff members (forgot the names). The housekeeping staff were very good, same with the waiters at the Table du Marche and the food was great, also the Spa treatments and the team, don't miss the Hammam experience, you will feel like a new born, super soft skin. Thanks Saida for taking care of me. The reception team (especially Karima) were very proffessional and welcoming, the door porters/concierge were very helpful, always ready to help. The view from the rooftop restaurant was great! The DJ/music was very good. I can't fault this hotel, the owners are very lucky to have these staff which is hard to find this days (I work in hospitality myself and know how challenging it is to find these kind of team members). Go Hivernage team, you are doing great work!

Went last week, hotel reception staff very nice and polite. As soon as you enter the hotel they have a fragrance which smells really good! Went last week, hotel reception staff very nice and polite. As soon as you enter the hotel they have a fragrance which smells really good! (Had to buy it) breakfast is buffet and the same food daily but the hot chocolate was on point. Rooms need updating, noise outside of horses and music but its not so bad that you cannot fall asleep. Overall staff are friendly and welcoming, had no issues. The spa is great, hammam is on point at a reasonable price. Would I stay again? Maybe or try different hotels in the area. Location wise its close to the Manera Mall and Jamaa el Fna square and souks.

“We just had to laugh at how poorly the hotel designers thought out the rooms.”
All the rooms have ONLY very low-level lighting that cannot be adjusted: it's impossible to read in bed or work at the (very narrow) desk. The bathroom lighting is slightly better, but there are no hooks. In addition, the noise level from the rooftop bar is non-stop until well after midnight.
