“Lovely friendly clean hotel with good food”

Last minute decision to go to Marrakesh from Spain. Hotel was lovely, staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much to ask. Animation Team were engaging bit not overbearing. Evening music was just right. Singer and keyboard playing in the background during evening meal. Food. Now I'm a fussy eater but there was do much choice it would be hard to provide any poor feedback. There was a fresh grill daily, pasta station, buffet, plentiful choice. The thing I really liked about it was athough it was a buffet style food, it was served for you - so no messy areas. Super clean. Pool was fantastic and clean, one heated pool, one not. Plenty of sunlongerd and towels thrown in. Free shuttle bus to Marrakesh running from 9am to 8pm. As it is such a short flight from Murcia we are already planning to go back next November. Negative: The one only downside to our stay was the fact I had paid in full prior to the stay using a Chase Bank Card. When we got to the hotel they refused us entry as they could not verify the card as being mine. A Chase Card does not have a long card number on it. I showed them the transaction on my bank statement, they had my name and passport AND they had already taken the hotel tax using the same card but they refused to validity the card used through Booking.com was the card I had just used. I had to pay in full again and then they refunded my card. The refund took 4 days to go back into my bank. This to me was stressful and nonsensical and was not a good start to our stay. Luckily, I was in a position to pay in full again, or we would not have been able to stay.

Where to start: Hotel - Cleaned to such high standards, everywhere you look someone is cleaning. We had a family room and it was stunning, so much space and cleaned everyday and we were given 2 2L bottles of water which we put in the fridge. Food- As a Coeliac sufferer this was always going to be hard but here I never went hungry, no bread though but there was always something for me to eat. My family absolutely loved the variety of food on offer and because you are served as opposed to self serve the serving areas were always clean and spotless. Drinks- As an all inclusive hotel the local beer and spirits were very nice but things like malibu, baileys etc were an additional cost. Staff - I can honestly say they have been the best from anywhere I've stayed before. Polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and always had a smile. We tipped all the regular waiter's/waitresses at the end of our 5 day stay and each had 100 Dirham which they were extremely grateful for and so well deserved. Overall our 5 day stay was awesome and we did not want to leave.

“Love Marrakesh”

Fantastic hotel and all inclusive. The entertainment team were all amazing would recommend. Kali , khalil , bono , dj ayoub , Malak , Zara , enzo , Marie Joe . Great place just love marrakesh. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Great winter break for us.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Pickup from the airport was included with the booking and the driver was waiting for us on arrival. Check in was smooth and the staff at the desk were friendly. We could not check into our room till three, however we were able to use the facilities whilst we waited. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a balcony which faced the back of the hotel and had the sun in the morning. It was quiet and peaceful. Off peak the rooms overlooking the pool would have been fine but I can imagine in the height of summer it could be noisey. We had two bottles of water replenished everyday. We did not have a kettle or any extras, however our friend (both rooms on the same booking) in the room below had a kettle, slippers and a few extra toiletries. We were on an all inclusive package. We enjoyed the local cuisine. There was a grill outside for both lunch and dinner. Inside a variety of local dishes, pasta station and another grill station inside. The food was delicious and tasty and plenty to choose from. plenty to choose from for breakfast too. Particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice. Saturday was Moroccan night and the food was amazing! There is a free shuttle bus into Marrakech which you book in the tourist office in the main reception. They went every hour on the hour and return every hour at half past the hour. Quick easy and convenient. There is nothing around the hotel so once you are there it can be isolating, but this was not an issue for us as we were there to enjoy the hotel and relax - which we did. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds. Towels are available with a 100dm deposit. The aqua park was fun. Enjoyed the slides. It was off peak so not all the slides were on, howerever they did ask if we wanted any on and the they were put on for us to use. Overall an excellent hotel off peak. We had space around us and never felt crowded. Staff were very friendly, food great!
