“Had a lovely time”

Great,friendly staff , hotel was clean too typical morrocan decorated could do with being a little more modern. As,was a little dated and basic. For a 4star hotel but we are enjoying our stay . And the menu could do with a little more options on it.

This hotel is excellent ! Staff are very friendly, rooms are nice, bathroom is spacious, breakfast is delicious and the area it is situated in is really good as every tourist attraction is close by with taxi. We also booked a cheap camel ride with the hotel which I recommend. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the spa was closed but there was no indication of this before booking, however there is 2 spa’s right outside the hotel which I used.

Upon arrival on hotel it is quite close to the airport and it’s in a good location, about 30 minute walk into the medina, has a small 24hr shop beside it. Did have construction work going on when we were their but lucky our room was on the other side of the hotel but I know other people had trouble sleeping with the noise of the construction so just be warned. Hotel is nice not very modern nice decor, pool, bar and sun loungers are lovely nice place to chill in the sun. We stayed in a double superior and it did the job, bed was a little hard but was okay, had balcony in our room and bathroom was lovely and clean, hotel cleaners were so friendly and they would cleaned the room everyday and left us animal creation made out of travels so cute! Breakfast was lovely in the hotel and very reasonable. Some of the staff were lovely especially the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly, however reception staff not so much on the last evening my friend got your handbag stolen right outside the entrance of the hotel, we were obviously extremely shook and she was very upset and the reception staff were no help at all and showed no empathy as 2 vulnerable young girls we felt very sacred and felt they didn’t help us at all, made us feel very uneasy in our last few days in the hotel. Before this happened we actually said how we would stay here again at the hotel but after the whole ordeal and having no support from them I definitely will not be staying there again, they even told us it had nothing to do with the hotel even thought it happened right outside the entrance of the hotel and was on their CCTV footage. If your staying here just be aware and be careful with your belongings

Vast pros and cons to this hotel. The beds are so comfy! and they have a great excursion desk with taxis to medina and waterfall/camel rides etc excursions to book. Vast pros and cons to this hotel. The beds are so comfy! and they have a great excursion desk with taxis to medina and waterfall/camel rides etc excursions to book. However there are alot of down sides. The breakfast is the same everyday, they do not mix it up, which is fine if your an egg lover but if your more of a meat eater like my brother was they offer very little choice. Evening meals they do mix up and the food was nice to be fair, although they could have offered water at least as an accompanying drink. You get drinks during breakfast but not dinner. The things that bothered us the most is the lack of little touches, such as: No free bottled water in the rooms Fridges that barely worked No room service A 25 dirham charge for ONE bottle of water, bear in mind you can get SIX large bottles for 24 dirham from the supermarket! Knowing that tourists cannot drink their water safely, this is absolute extortion. On top of that a waiter swilled my white dress with wine, I was upset as it was the first time i had ever worn it, however I knew it was an accident and didn't want to cause a scene for him so I let it go and didn't complain, despite the fact my dress was expensive and now ruined. Following on from that I asked for water for my room, which he charged me for! I felt this was so unreasonable considering he had just swilled me with wine and I'd been so polite and reasonable about it. Overall reasonably okay hotel but nothing to rave about. I feel they lack the little touches that tourists come to expect in 2024, they are definatly lacking understanding of tourists. In the sense that we are more likely to tip well if we were given the odd free bottle of water for the room and extra little touches ... Would advise they learn abit more about the tourists that visit them, maybe offer a questionnaire to guests to gather feedback.
