“Fantastic trip over New Year”
We loved every minute of our stay here. As others have said, the hotel is in an excellent location. We loved every minute of our stay here. As others have said, the hotel is in an excellent location. It is a short distance from the airport, and an easy 10-20 minute walk into the very centre of town (more like 20 for us). The hotel itself is very peaceful and relaxing. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and as helpful as it was possible to be, from a lovely welcome when we arrived to check out, when we were told we could still use all the facilities as it was ‘our home’. I had been unwell and there were immediate offers to facilitate a doctor etc. We made use of the hammam when there and would highly recommend it, and the beautiful rooftop terrace and tapas at the bar (and jokes from the staff there) were other highlights for us. Breakfast was plentiful and again staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were very clean and again the staff there were lovely and very accommodating. Our biggest highlight though was the New Year celebrations. The music and entertainment, the dancers, the amazing food and cocktails, how all the staff worked so hard as a team and created such a fantastic atmosphere… it was really outstanding. We were up at 5 for the hot air balloon trip the next morning and hadn’t intended to stay up but we ended up staying for the whole thing. It was truly unforgettable and again we would just love to pass on our thanks for this. We did lots of day trips we would recommend, tours of Marrakech, cookery classes, trips to the Atlas mountains, the Jardins, the spectacular hot air balloon sunrise trip on New Year’s Day… there was so much to see and do. Marrakech itself is wonderful, but our wee group could have found it overwhelming at times. We found this hotel meant we had the perfect balance for our holiday. My dad is 77 and has had many spectacular holidays, but he said at the end that he thinks this was his favourite one yet. Thanks again to all the staff for such a wonderful experience.

We are very happy with the service at the front desk and the hotel manager Kamal especially. He patiently explained so much about Marrakech and where we can visit, etc. Every time we see him, he was so attentive and caring. Also the front desk team as a whole, super helpful and understanding, especially Nuria. The breakfast team served us an special early meal so that we can start our early day trip with a full satisfied stomach. Definitely recommend and will stay there again if we go back there.

What a friendly staff at this nice hotel. Great breakfast, nice bar, good spa facilities. We had a great time with Chami, for the warm welcome. Youssef for the music. Zakaria with great comments. Salma very good Englisch translation and Kaouter for nice drinks and snacks.

We went for 4 nights .The hotel was immaculate, all marble with muted colours. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff were lovely. The Spa there was really amazing, I had a hamman and a facial, money well spent. I cant praise the staff enough, they couldnt to enough for us, they went beyond my expecations. They took calls for us, advised on what to pay and when my friend was ill, they brought her tea and food, they were amazing. The manager even waived the fee on the last day for keeping the room on as my friend was ill. I travel a lot, but the staff here are outstanding. I cant wait to go back. I fell in love with Morrocco and the people.

“Clean, quiet, well-located, great staff”
This hotel is a 20 minute walk from the Casbah and is packed with tour groups. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is pleasant and helpful. This hotel is a 20 minute walk from the Casbah and is packed with tour groups. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is pleasant and helpful. There are a handful of rooms on the 1st floor (2nd floor for North Americans) in the older wing which have private balconies. We stayed 5 nights with upgraded accommodations, so were provided this luxury. The buffet was good, but not enough Moroccan dishes - for those who want western food, such as pastas and potatoes, you will not be disappointed. The pool is very cold - like pretty-much every pool in Morocco - as it is unheated. As well, it is situated in the middle of low-rise buildings, so only sees direct sunlight at noon.
