The road is located in the Medina and is walkable to many attractions like the Bahia palace and Jemaa el-Fna Square (which is an experience!) Bridget and her staff made us feel welcome, made us amazing breakfasts and helped arrange transportation when needed. Bridget’s recommendations on things to see were incredibly helpful. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to watch the sun set (or rise) and listen to the call to prayer from the various mosques in the city. Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend this riad enough. First, it’s beautiful and comfortable and has a rooftop terrace with great views of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. Second, the owner Bridgette is a sweetheart who will help you with everything from getting rides to recommending restaurants and spas. Third, the staff is warm and wonderful. Located in the heart of the medina! Many Americans are reluctant to stay in a riad but this is the place for you. Way better than a hotel!

We arrived in the dark and have to admit that when we approached the front door down a narrow dark alley I wondered if I’d made a mistake when booking, however as soon as the door opened all I could think was wow!!!!! Karim gave us a kind greeting and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay, he’s a credit to the Riad. Although Karims English wasn’t fluent he used a translation app to ensure he could answer all our questions and be as informative as possible. Our room was just as described on booking.com, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and decorated to an authentic Moroccan vibe, we particularly liked to wooden window shutters and the shower was lovely and hot which was needed on the cold mornings and evenings. The terrace has incredible views and we loved hearing the calls to prayer from the surrounding mosques, we sat and listened on the terrace several times during our stay, it really added that extra ambience. The Riad is charming, very Moroccan feel throughout, not spoilt by modern design and furniture which is exactly what we wanted when staying in Marrakesh. Najia greeted us with fabulous breakfasts throughout our stay and this lady is just beautiful inside and out, she made us feel like we were here family, a kind soul and couldn’t do enough for us. Najia ensured the Riad was spotlessly clean along with our room throughout our stay. We didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t heated and the weather was too cold, it did look spotlessly clean and gave the riad an extra special feel just by looking at it. Siad the manager communicated with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp and in person and he is a delightful gentleman who genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay, he kindly organised our airport transfers and on Najias day off ensured we still had a fabulous breakfast. What I loved about being here is the respect that Siad, Najia and Karim spoke of one another, this added that homely feel to our stay, we felt we were staying with one big family. The fantastic location of the Riad is less than 2 minutes walk to Bahia Palace and approx 8 minutes walk to souks and 10 minute walk to Jemma el Fna. We would most definitely return without a second thought. This really is a gem of a property 💎

We could not have had a better experience during our first visit to Marrakech thanks to everyone at Riad dar Beija, Kosybar, and Kosyspa! The owner and staff are all welcoming, eager to help, and extremely hospitable. The riad is a beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is served daily, rooms are comfortable, and the cosy public spaces are a great place to make new friends. Taxis are available nearby plus we were also able to walk to many destinations within ~ 20 minutes. Kosybar and Kosyspa (same owner as the riad) are a short walk from the riad and are not to be missed! All of our meals were delicious (and included an amazing view) and our time at the spa was a wonderfully relaxing treat. We are sure you will enjoy your visit as much as we did!
