We had a wonderful time at Club Med Marrakech La Palmeria. Elkebir Restaurant was fantastic, thanks to Birkan and Merve. Both were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Decided to do a chilled out day by a pool at a hotel and Club Med do day passes for non residents. Massive place, excellent facilities (did aqua aerobics such fun), buffet restaurant very good food on such a large scale and extremely good choices, wine great too. We went in a quiet period and, therefore, plenty of space for sun beds and tables in the restaurant - can imagine it gets extremely busy in the main season. DAY PASSES YOU NEED YOUR PASSPORT OR ID

“Very nice stay at La Palmeraie”

What we loved: Everybody was really friendly and helpful. Staff at reception was really knowledgeable. The resort is really beautiful and the rooms (even if they aren't 'new') very convenient, spacious and clean. Loved the quietness of the rooms layout. Mini club was amazing: 4/5 and 8/10yo GO were wonderful: Mr Crabe, Mr Kiwi, Biggie, Momo, Mr Champignon... Our children had the best time. The show was wonderfully prepared and every day there was a special event for the kids (magician, bouncy castles etc) Amazing efforts put into theme evenings, decoration etc - the garden party in particular, was absolutely stunning. . Cleaning staff was polite and efficient. Rooms were sometimes done during breakfast which was great. Pools were very clean, comfortable. Loved the Oasis space which is perfect for families. The kids cocktails menu was such a cute extra touch. Food at both restaurants was absolutely delicious. Wines were great. Great convenience of having an ATM and cash exchange on site. What could be improved: Golf classes were at an additional cost which is a pity. Tennis courts were difficult to book outside of classes times (classes were far too busy which meant very little practice time). No towels at any pool from 5pm Arrival process was a bit bumpy, we would have expected it to be smoother given it was the middle of the night Our two rooms were literally at opposite sides of the resort which was really inconvenient as a family. 10 mins walk from one place to another every time Tables in the main restaurant are often not always spotless and the buffet hygiene was a bit flaky at times Transfer we paid for was collective (which, in fairness, we knew was a possibility) but not very comfortable (wait times and travel backwards facing)
