My family and I spent five days over New Year’s at 72 Riad and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Located in a quiet and cosy area in the Medina, just 5 min from restaurants, souks and museums. Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, they really spoiled us. Stefania, the hotel manager, was a hostesses with the mostest.

“Great 3 night stay!”
This riad is in a great location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wonderful coffee in the morning as well as my kids enjoyed the eggs and breakfast. The view from the roof at night is great...especially when the kids are calling back to the states and talking with their friends … more
This riad is in a great location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wonderful coffee in the morning as well as my kids enjoyed the eggs and breakfast. The view from the roof at night is great...especially when the kids are calling back to the states and talking with their friends about it. Showers were warm and full pressure. All in all, great value, great location and great riad.

I loved this riad. It's beautiful. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, the dinner is delicious. The rooftop is amazing. The attention to detail and focus on the guest experience is perfection at 72 Riad. From the moment of our arrival to our departure, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, happy, and taken care of. We opted for an airport pick up and were glad that we did as we would have struggled to find the magical door that opens to the peaceful tranquility of 72 Riad. The welcome made us feel instantly at ease including Stefania’s warm welcome and introduction using the personalized map. Our suite was the room of my dreams with a private rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. Every detail to make all guests stay an exceptional experience has been considered and is executed by the team with care, consideration, and thoughtfulness. My husband especially loved the breakfasts and that he could choose our breakfast location within the riad. Do not miss breakfast. I loved the beauty of every space and how all the senses were engaged from lovely smells to beautiful sounds. An oasis in Marrakech.

“Beautiful Riad with roof top in the medina”
We stayed here as a large group of friends & family for 4 nights . The Riad does not have a direct access , so please make sure to be in touch with the Hotel to arrange porters to pick you up with your luggage at the entrance of the medina. We stayed here as a large group of friends & family for 4 nights . The Riad does not have a direct access , so please make sure to be in touch with the Hotel to arrange porters to pick you up with your luggage at the entrance of the medina. After a couple of days we managed to find our way around. We were in touch with Stephania the manger right from the beginning to help with our complicated reservation and she was extremely helpful . Once there , she helped us with many recommendations and she was very friendly . The welcome is lovely , serving you traditional mint tea and some delicious biscuits at check in . The rooms were of various sizes , some quite small to large ones . I would say be sure to book the larger rooms & if possible with Terrace for a more enjoyable stay . It’s worth the additional amount . A nice touch was the cell ovine with direct contact to hotel , which I believe is extremely useful whist touring as it gives you the comfort of knowing you can contact the hotel at any time if need be . The Breakfast is very good too . We had a dinner set up for our large group and it was very good too . Overall , a lovely Riad with friendly & good service offering you a great Experiance right in the old medina .
