“I was in awe.”
Amazing rooms as the architecture was traditional and the staff was informative. Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was efficient. Will definitely return if I am in Fes again. Kowtar was a gem and imparted lots of information about the Riad.

“Cooking class”
This class was fantastic and excellent value for money I was the only one on the course - normally there are more but guess I was just lucky Ayoubi took me to the market and we bought the ingredients and then I cooked with Amina Highly recommended

“Not 5 star standard”
The shower was barely hot and bathroom very tatty. The breakfast was very slow. The coffee was only warm, by the time we'd asked for sugar (about 5 times) it was cold. I asked for hot water and they took forever. The second coffee took very long to be served. Overall a very poor/inexperienced staff

“Difficult to reach”
It was difficult to locate in the old quarter of the City. It is not a very clean neighborhood. The food service at the hotel was very slow. You had to hunt down waiters and waitresses.
