Attentive staff and service. Quick response. Will help you organize yours and anything you need, including guiding you to the Riad from the gates because it can be confusing. Rooms and shared spaces are also really beautiful. I highly recommend it

Fabulous 3-night experience. This is a traditional Riad located in the Medina so it’s exactly what you’d expect – beautiful architecture, a little tricky to find at first, great service, a big pool, generous breakfast and TV with Internet service was a nice perk. Noor was an excellent host - very kind, very knowledgeable and his staff are glad to help however they can. Lahsan was very kind and helpful. I never met Hicham but based on previous posts and asking a few questions it became very clear that these guys care very deeply about their Riadh and their guests safety. They will deter you from using unauthorised guides. It may cost you a few dollars extra to use their guides but at least you get a certified guide and I’m sure it will save you a lot of headache in the long run. It’s unfortunate that there are a lot of unemployed young men in the Medina and they will try to gain your trust and provide directions (eg. They’ll tell you that you’re going the wrong way and that street ahead is closed) but will become aggressive when it comes to pay. Avoid them at all costs and just ask shopkeepers for directions. Also, be sure to pre-arrange an airport transfer. It’ll cost you an extra $5 but again it will save you a lot of headache. If your not mentally prepared, the location for this Riad may be a bit off-putting at first but you’ll be just fine once you realise that A) There are lots of signs providing directions to and from the Riad, B) The Riad will send someone to escort you in exchange for an optional modest tip, and best of all C) Google Maps worked surprisingly well in the Medina and in the narrow streets of the souk. Great spot and highly recommended.

As a matter of fact, we really adored every single detail of this riad, its convenient location, the beautiful and impressive architecture of such a magnificent palace -which happens to show off a perfect condition; the spacious and lovely rooms, the rewarding tranquility and the relaxing atmosphere inside the whole building, the breathtaking views from the well-equipped rooftop. The really helpful kind staff, together with the delicious and plentiful breakfast served in the incomparable setting of the lavish courtyard are definitely a must. But honestly, it's soleman-the owner/manager, above all the previously cited, that makes a difference. He's an extremely warm person who will go out of his way in order to entertain you, so charming and professional himself.
